GTM Friction Audit / AI Partner Track

You got certified. So did 40,000 other firms.

Anthropic and OpenAI both built certification machines this year to mint AI implementation partners at scale. The badge proves you can deploy the model. It says nothing about why an enterprise buyer should pick you over the next certified firm in the directory. Right now, most don't have an answer.

Partner Directory / Search Results 5 of 40,000+
Firm A
Helps enterprises move from AI experimentation to real operational impact, delivering measurable value at scale.
Firm B
Applied AI experts. Trusted by leading enterprises. Unmatched clarity, speed, and capability.
Firm C
Bridges the gap between frontier models and real-world business impact, end to end.
Firm D
Believes AI's greatest impact comes from bringing these capabilities into the real world, for everyone.
Firm EYou, after
Rebuilds claims adjudication inside insurance carriers. A human only touches a claim when the model flags uncertainty.
The Problem

Certification was never going to be the differentiator. It was always going to be the entry fee.

The Claude Partner Network launched in March backed by a $100 million commitment. By June, more than 40,000 firms had applied and over 10,000 individuals held a Claude certification. OpenAI's Partner Network followed in June with $150 million behind it and a stated goal of 300,000 certified consultants by the end of the year. Both programs now run tiered structures that reward certified headcount and delivered deployments. Neither one tells a buyer what makes one certified firm different from the next.

Who This Is For

Built for firms with real delivery behind them and no ownable claim in front of it.

Good fit

Certified in the Claude Partner Network or OpenAI Partner Network, Select tier or above.

Roughly 20 to 600 people, funded, shipping production work.

Have at least one real deployment story that isn't being told specifically.

Competing for the same referral pipeline as every other firm in the directory.

Not a fit

Global systems integrators with an internal marketing org already (Accenture, Deloitte scale).

Pre-certification firms still deciding whether to apply.

Firms that need a full brand identity built from zero, not a sharper claim on what already exists.

What Same Looks Like

Three patterns we see in almost every partner directory listing.

Before
"We help enterprises move from AI experimentation to real operational impact, delivering measurable value at scale."
After
"We rebuild claims adjudication inside insurance carriers. A human only touches a claim when the model flags uncertainty. That's the whole practice."
Before
"600+ AI experts. 50+ enterprise clients. Unmatched clarity, speed, and capability."
After
"40 production Claude deployments inside regulated banks. Every one cleared a SOC 2 audit within 90 days of go-live."
Before
"We believe AI's greatest impact comes from bringing these capabilities into the real world, for everyone."
After
"We put an engineer inside your contact center for the first 90 days. Not a strategy deck. A person, on site, shipping."

The delivery work behind "before" and "after" is often identical. The difference is which specific, provable thing got named.

How This Works

Diagnosis, then the wedge, then help shipping it if you want it.

01

Diagnostic

Signal analysis across your public positioning, sales collateral, and where you sit against the rest of the partner directory. One working call. Shows you exactly where you're indistinguishable and where the real wedge is already hiding in work you've shipped.

02

Recommendations

One sentence that states your actual differentiator, the proof points that back it, and where it should show up first: your site, your deck, or your directory listing. Delivered in writing, ready to use.

03

Support Optional

Scoped and priced separately once you see the recommendations. Hands-on work to get the wedge live: rewritten positioning, sales narrative, or directory copy, built to ship rather than sit in a deck.

The Offer
$2,450Diagnostic + Recommendations, flat fee
Stage 3 support is scoped and quoted separately after you've seen where the wedge is. Nothing is billed for it upfront.
